While the outfit may appear chaste compared to what a lot of the maidens are wearing at the fairs these days, it really is quite attractive garb. Kind of a mix between Snow White and maybe a mid-level noblewoman. Packaging is average for Barbie, though they've made it more ornate and without all the advertising they typically put on the boxes. Part of the Barbie "Pink Label" series for those who want a doll to play with or who are novice collectors. Despite it's original 2010 circulation, the doll has long since sold out of conventional stores and its availability online is also hit & miss.
