Not too big or too small. Sturdy and fun with a good amount of furniture too. Set aside 30 minutes to build it; well worth the investment. Very well packaged too.

Caring Corners - Mrs. Goodbee Interactive Dollhouse

My daughter recently had a play date with three other toddlers and the Mrs.Goodbee doll house was a hit! All 4 girls played for 2 hours sharing and interacting with the doll house. My daughter hardly ever plays with any toy for more than 15 minutes but the interactive features on the house kept her engaged. I love that she is learning about table manors, washing her hands after the potty and helping mom do chores.
A brilliant innovative product.

KidKraft So Chic Dollhouse

I bought this for my 7 year old daughter for Christmas. She/we LOVED it; I did ALOT of research; even bought Imaginarium Grandview Dollhouse from Toysrus and returned after comparing it with this one. The Quality alone spoke for itself, the frame of this dollhouse is Wood; not the cardboard cheap thin stuff like most of the dollhouses are made from. IT has TEN rooms with wood furniture; where the Grandview only gave you 11 furniture pieces and the thin walls were obnoxious colors (which only a child could love).

It is HUGE; we had to rearrange her closet and take away a bookshelf to make this fit in her room so she can play with both sides (versus other dollhouses with one side to put against the wall) but she has played with it EVERYDAY since she's had it now. She has mixed dolls; Barbies, Moxie doll, Liv dolls, & Brat dolls; they all work. THIS dollhouse is durable where you can hand it down to future siblings.

HIGHLY recommend this, especially for multiple siblings. Please make sure to have the space for it; you need to have the ability to where she can play with BOTH sides of house; the caster wheels are awesome when need to turn the house.

Fairfield Dollhouse Kit

This is a lovely dollhouse. I own one. I can only wish that the product description would clearly state that it is half scale. That is, it's scaled to represent "real life" at one twenty-forth of real life scale. 1/24th scale is also referred to as half scale.
I hope this helps, 'cos it seems to me that someone not aware of this fact could be in for a shock.

Melissa & Doug Classic Heirloom Victorian Doll House

Best doll house I have seen. The price for the quality can't be beat. Very sturdy. Will last their(grandchildrens) life and their childrens. Brings many hours of fun. Was fun for us to build.

Kidkraft Designer Dollhouse

This dollhouse seems to be well built. The picture does not do it justice. The walls are bright and vibrant and the furniture is fun and goes with most of the Barbie sized dolls.
We have a Kidkraft kitchen already and have been pleased with the quality.

Fisher-Price Loving Family - Family Manor

This is a great dollhouse- much smaller than the Grand Dollhouse, this was made as a special edition for sale at T-get. For us, we needed a dollhouse that did not take up a lot of space, making this a perfect buy- there are 2 nice sized floors and 2 extra fold put rooms. The colors are nice and bright and the house is very inviting. It comes with a mom, dad & baby, but only 2 pieces of furniture- a large bed for the parents, and a large cradle for the baby. That furniture pretty much takes up most of the 2nd floor. Because of the size of the house, I'd say you only need to buy about 3 additional furniture sets- kitchen, bathroom and either living room/family room/dining room. This house has great play value, and it stores very nicely. If you have the room for it, get the Loving Family Grand Dollhouse (it is a little girl's dream house!) but if space is a concern, you can be assured that your daughter will be very happy with the Loving Family Manor!!!

MGA Mini Lalaloopsy Sew Sweet House Playhouse with Exclusive Character

I picked this up for my Ellaloopsy and her loopsy minis at Walmart for $29.99. I wouldn't have paid more than that for sure. It is super cute though and includes a mini-loopsy with pet, some little accesories and picnic table. All the little furniture sets that are sold for lalaloopsy minis coordinate and match perfectly with this house set. There is a cute little elevator that works pretty easily and Ella had no trouble operating (she is 6), doors and windows throughout, and it is very colorfully decorated; circa Lalaloopsy style. There is the pet attic, with plenty of room for the loopsy pets to circulate and snuggle. And rooms for all of the furniture sets to be set up in should you choose to buy them for your child. Should you choose not to, that is fine too as everything is colorful and fun even without the added furniture. Ella already had the bedroom set from Christmas, before getting this for her Birthday, so she put that inside and played away. There is plenty of room for lots of mini-lalaloopsy friends. Ella has about 10 now and they all congregate throughout the house and even have room to invite a few Polly Pockets and Little Einsteins over for tea! Highly Recommended :)
