Sevi Music box , Happy Birthday

This music box is well made and has a good sound. A child can wind it easily and the family can sing more on key when it plays. It is exactly what I was looking for.

Sevi Le Cirque Rotating Music Box

Cute, sound is good, no stray parts, seems to be very well made... I've been looking for wooden music boxes that might last to become mementoes of his childhood. This one could make it.

Happy Trails Lamb Plush Rocking Animal

The sheep is cute and fit right in with my playgroup Farm theme. It's sturdy and doesn't tip over easily. Handles are sturdy & in the right place, ears can be grabbed also. The back is wide and comfy for the little people. My only wish is that the rockers were a little longer: it rocks on a very short curve that makes the rocking action choppy. Can't say how easy it is to keep clean as it hasn't gotten dirty yet

Sesame Street Water Fun Elmo - Cuddly Bath Buddy

I am so glad I purchased this toy! (yes I bought it in a toyrus express for about $10 on impulse around the holidays) so glad I did, because I love it! My two kids love Elmo and love this toy! As a mom, the best thing is this is the ONLY bath toy we have that (live in a humid place) has not molded in any way!! No plastic yea!! We hang him up by his loop on the bathtub spout each time, and we even have taken him to the pool with us! Very durable, my toddler and grade schooler have been rough on him at times, and still looks like new after a year. Wish I had other characters since they will fight over him since he is too cute in his floaties and swim trunks! (clothes not removable)

Tek Nek Rockin Rider Legacy Grow With Me Plush Animated Pony

I just wanted to share my experience with this pony and with Tek Nek. We've had this pony for almost a year, we purchased as a Christmas present last year for our then 15 month old son. Our son loves this pony, and is one of only a few toys that he has never lost interest in. Like another reviewer, I too had concerns with the durability of the pony's ears, since that's how my son activated the talking and singing, by yanking HARD on both the pony's ears. I can report, that almost a year later, though the ears are a little mishappen and no longer stand up, there is not one rip or popped seam! That being said, we did end up having an issue with part of the frame on the base of the pony. Approximately 4-5 months after we converted the frame to the "big boy" setting, I noticed that the knobs on the inner frame pieces where the rubber bands attach started to pull inward from the force of the bands. The knobs eventually split at the base and tore halfway off. I went to the Tek Nek website to try to find where I could purchase replacement parts for the two inner frame pieces, but had no luck. I then sent an email to Tek Nek from their website explaining the problem and how much it would cost to buy the replacement parts I needed. Well, I can tell you how surprised and thrilled I was that not only did I receive a response to my email within a few hours, but was told that if I gave them my shipping address, they would send me the parts I needed for no additional charge. After giving my address, I received the replacement parts in just a few days. Thanks Tek Nek for a great product and outstanding customer service!

Doll Carry Cot

My daughter received this for Christmas along with a Haba doll, Lilli. She says it is her favorite gift. She's very happy with the looks and explained to me how it all works. It is so well constructed that I'm sure it will last a very long time plus she's very careful with her things. I think the material and colors will make this an easy toy to keep around. Some toys are just so gaudy and obnoxious, I hate them from the beginning but not the Haba toys we are starting to acquire. I wish I'd noticed this brand a long time ago. Without Amazon I'd never been introduced to Haba. I can't wait for a birthday to come around, I am planning another doll and the horse from Haba via Amazon. Her additional comments for the review are "it's the best toy in the world"

Kids Adventure Learner Jumbo Block Set 48 pc

These blocks are great! Right out of the box, my 2 year old twins imaginations started working. I did order two sets to give us more options to build. Everyone from aunts and uncles to even grandpa got down on the floor to build with these! We've built benches and chairs and drive thru windows and store counters! Storage can be a challenge, depending on the number of sets you have. I do recommend at least 2 sets of 48 blocks (best price this way too) because one set was a bit too few for building anything the kids can really play with. They are somewhat expensive, but I'm sure they will be played with for years.

Spaghetti Legs Table by Educo

I purchased this table for my Grand Daughters for Christmas. They were amused at first! One is 15 months old and the other is 4 years old. The four year old isn't interested at all. She likes her hand held games. The younger one does play with it a few times a week. Would recommend it for a doctors office or preschool. It has lots of maze like wires and beads. But, really only used occasionally.

Rockabye Fergie Frog Chair Rocker

I got this for my daughter and she LOVES it. There are four songs that it plays that can drive you kind of batty, but that's one of her favorite parts. Sometimes she stands next to her rocker, pushes a button and rocks the rocker while standing next to it... The fabric is great quality and the craftsmanship is wonderful. I recommend any of the rockers from this company - crazy good times for toddlers from about 10 mos-3 years.

Prince Lionheart Whirl Balance Scooter, Natural/Pink

I purchased the boys version for my son a while back and he loves it! I had to get this for my 3 year old daughter after she tried a bike with training wheels and did not like it. She took a couple of weeks to really get good on it, but now she can really go. It's so neat to see my 3 and 2 year olds showing great balance and loving riding these balance bikes. I would never suggest training wheels to anyone after seeing how natural these bikes work to teach balance and bike handling. Seems to be well made. It even survived a scuffle with my trucks front tire. Stronger than you might think. I do make an effort to keep them inside and not to let them get wet!

International Playthings ELC Fairy Toadstool Cottage

I bought the Fairy Toadstool Cottage for my 2-year-old niece for Christmas. It was pretty much ready to play with out of the box-all we had to do was take the fairies and the furniture out of plastic bags. The house and the pieces are very cute and seem sturdy enough to hold up to toddler play. We put batteries in a few hours later but I have to say that the sound effect is not that impressive; once the batteries run out I wouldn't replace them if this toy was at my house.

Even though the suggested age says 18 months to 4 years, I think it will actually have appeal beyond 4 years. My older niece is seven and she had fun playing with it as well.

This is my son's favorite indoor activity. It seems comfy and quite secure, a nice alternative to the hard plastic swings.

Rockabye Raffi Giraffe Rocker

We purchased this rocker for our 10 month old for Christmas. It is very stable, has a wide seating area, and is very soft. It is also low to the ground which makes it easier for her to try to pull up on it. The musical songs are great, my only complant is that it's hard to understand what they are singing in a few spots. The songs turn off when the button is pushed a second time, which is great when it's accidentally pressed. Overall a great toy.

Gave this to my 2 year old grand-daughter for Christmas and she loved it. Very soft and good size. Even the adults wanted to hug it. Great price too!

B. Times Square Activity Cube

I bought this toy for my 7 month old son, in an effort to distract him from constantly pulling up on everything and falling. It failed in that regard. However, now that he is 9 months old, he is suddenly showing interest in the toy. He likes to move the pieces around, and loves the lights and music. The side with the piano keys has a little wheel that he likes to turn. He also likes to play with the phone and press the buttons. He hasn't figured out the shape sorter yet, but I'm sure he will. I think this was a good buy.

Jellycat Truffle Sheep Large

My daughter adores her Jellycat sheep. It is the perfect size for her to sit or lay on while watching TV. Also, it is small enough and light enough for her to tote around as well. Super soft! A great buy!

Woodours Baby Activity Rattle and Teether Bear

I just love this bear and so does my little girl. Took her a while to take interest, but once she was able to truly play with all the parts, she took to it. I love all the different textiles used. They are well chosen, beautiful patterns. This is my favorite of her toys to display in her room. My only small complaint is the bird. There's no way a baby can squeeze it to make it chirp. Its even a little difficult for me. But, not a deal breaker at all. Still love it and will keep it forever!
