Aquacraft Minimono Brushless 2.4GHz Boat

This is an awesome boat bought through Amazon.

I knew it was a small boat and so my expectations were not too high, but I was blown away by this boats speed. The second most important thing (because my last boat nearly sank - ruined electronics) was water tightness and this little guy is very tight and well built.

I bought a bigger more expensive boat and was disappointed by its performance and returned it, but not so with this little guy.

Yup, it goes like heck - I need a bigger lake.

21" R/C Super Police Boat Radio Controlled Electric Powered RC Ocean Guard

Bought this R/C Police boat for my 6 (almost 7) year old son to use in our brook out back and he loves it! It has dual motors for forward, reverse, and left right. Having reverse is great as when he was learning the controls at times he would be heading for the bank and not have enough room to turn - so reverse was needed. The boat is a good size so it can handle small wind ripples on ponds and such. Battery life is good we are happy with that, the light on the boat makes it fun to play with at dusk.

28" VBlazingly Fastictory EP Racing Remote Controlled Boat

Product Description

This R/C Racing Boat is powered by two powerful motor spinning propellers. Power comes from a included standard Sub C NiCad Pack, as used in tamiya cars which will give around 15 minutes of runtime after fully charged. The boat is powered by 380 type racing motor which produces tremendous power. Professionally designed and manufactured PC twin-propeller which not only provides huge thrust to speeds of 15-20mph, but it's durable as well. Imagine that. 15-20mph and it's not even gas-powered.

30" RC SYMA Century Boat Radio Remote Control R/C Racing Yacht with Display Stand

I bought this toy boat for when my wife and I have our grandson (six) and granddaughter (four) over. When I received it I put it in our pool and found out two things: 1st. It is not for a child that young (of course it indicates that on the box but I didn't beleive it) 2nd. It should not be used in a pool...it is too fast. I hit the gunite wall with it at a slight angle and it held together! But I'm not sure how much more of that abuse it could take (it may not be suitable fo grandpas either). I have no regrets. It just needs to be in a larger body of water such as a stock pond or lake.

Titanic 14" Model Cruiseship - Already Built Not a Kit - Wooden Ship Model Cruise Ship Replica Scale Model Boat Nautical Home Beach Wall Décor or Gift

I purchased this model for my son who has a great fascination for the Titanic. I wouldn't call it a toy. It's more of something to display than to play with. Having said that, my son LOVED it!!! He knows just about everything there is to know about the Titanic so he "played" with it as he ran through the scenarios of how the Titanic went down. He proudly displays it on his shelf and loves how realistic it is. It was worth every penny!

RC SYMA 28" Racing Boat R/C Electric Powered Wind Speed Motor Ship Radio Remote Control Yacht Cruiser

The product arrived on time. The packaging is very cheap, but the product was in decent shape. My son and I went through 3 PX-16's, all with different defective issues. We chose this boat as the replacement. The boat has two slightly smaller motors, but do not overheat because of a fan set up where the motor attaches to the prop shaft. The product comes without the stickers attached, which is a plus becasue you can choose the ones you want and can actually put them on correctly. The antenna for the remote is hidden behind a piece of paper taped to the styrofoam in the box. Overall, the boat is great so far. Plenty of speed for a 10 year old and I have to admit that it has his father hooked on getting a brushless boat setup later on down the road. The battery included is not very good. I purchased an Amazon.com combo back that included 2 Tenergy 7.2V 3800MA batteries and a 2 hour charger (use the Tamiya connectors). In my opinion this purchase is a necessity so that you and your child can enjoy the boat. We get approximately 20 min of solid (good speed) run time per battery. After a 10 min cooldown for the motors and quick clean up of minimal water that gets inside, we pop in the other battery and go again. By the time we drain the second battery the first is almost charged up. The price on the combo charger is almost the price of the boat, but well worth it and can be used on other batteries. The boat handles well in the water with a fairly decent turning radius. The dual props create an impressive rooster tail and speed is impressive for its price. I wire tied the wiring to each motor to clean up the inside of the boat and this makes it easier to replace the battery.

23" Balaenoptera Musculus Radio Remote Control Racing Boat (colors may vary)

I was looking for a boat for a friendly family race over the 4th of July. Did not want to spend a bunch of money on it, and some calls to local hobby shops were very discouraging. Based on the positive review I saw here, I took a chance and ordered it.

Wow... the boat is quick. Do not expect to use this in a kiddie pool. The boat can only go forward, and turns by cutting power to one of the two props. Don't lets its turning method discourage you I was shocked at how tight the turns were. I would estimate a turning radius of 2 feet or so.

The only down side is the charge time vs play time, but even then it is great fun and well worth it. And yes I kicked everyone's tail at our race ;-)

Huge Seaview Submarine by Moebius Models

This model is large enough to convert to a working Radio Controlled (RC) submarine model. There are kits provided at Caswell Inc. ([...]) that will help the model builder convert the very detailed Moebus model into the RC version. There are also internal and external LED lighting kits that can be added to this plastic model from Just and Illusion ([...]) to enhance this model. Some of the lights are compatible to be immersed into water, and can be added to the RC version. It take approx 80 hours to convert the plastic model into the working RC version add another 15 hours to equip the lights to the model. Depending on the paint details the assembler chooses, count of spending some time putting the seams and sanding before concealing all the model's glue joints. Saying that this is the best built plastic model I have ever seen! Joint are clearly defined and have been engineered to provide the most possible concealment. If you have any fond memories of the Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea TV series, you will enjoy putting together this model, as I have.

Lindberg 1/60 Scale Shrimp Boat

Great model kit of a hard-to-find subject matter. This shrimp boat model has good detail, and with little work makes a great display. I've built this plastic kit three times, including once as R/C. Nicely detailed deck gear, winch, and other deck accessories, as well as 4 crewmen. If you are a fan of "Forrest Gump", this model can easily be modified with moderate skill into a "Jenny". Only "cons" on this model are the slightly thick glass on the deckhouse, and the fragile mast and yard tips, which may also warp if you put too much rigging tension on them. Highly recommend this model for a fun build.
