Obviously this is the re-issue figure of Anti-Venom. It's the same identical figure except for the front cover where it reads TM & 2012 Marvel & Subs in small print.
The figure is very detailed and comes with a nice stand. It's definitely not for small children as it contains many sharp points. Marvel always does a great job with it's line of figures and this is definitely one to collect.
