I'm sympathetic with the more negative reviews--the product photo on amazon.com and on the package *does* seem to be a more detailed prototype. But hey, this is a 5" tall action figure, there are limits to what is possible, and it's pretty cool for what it is. It more or less looks like the character of Daryl Dixon from the Walking Dead show, the paint job is decent, the weapon accessories are nice and the string of squirrels a very cool touch! The articulation of the figure takes a while to figure out, but it will stand and hold the weapons (mine is on top of my computer trying to shoot a dinosaur with the crossbow). I think this must have been the most popular of the WD figures--it was outrageously expensive at Christmastime, but I waited and got it at a decent price. Be realistic, don't pay too much, and you'll have a very cool action figure!
