I just purchased this toy for my 2-year-old niece's birthday, and she loves it! Her mom confiscated the basket and headpiece from the start, but my niece is still enthralled w/ Dora's pretty dress and hair. And, the best part is that her three older brothers (ages 4-7) have no interest in playing with this toy whatsoever, so my niece can finally have something that's just hers! Very cute toy.
